Project Overview

Empowering the chromatic digital divide. ChromaShift is an AI-powered suite designed to make digital media accessible to the 300 million individuals living with Color Vision Deficiency (CVD). Key features include Personalized Vision Calibration using Bayesian optimization, Semantic Media Remapping for images (TF.js), videos (Optical Flow/YOLO), documents, and live camera (YOLO26n-seg ONNX with K-Means SLIC fallback), and automated WCAG 2.1 auditing with downloadable JSON reports. Built as a three-tier hybrid architecture with a React frontend and FastAPI backend.
